Al-Dhali' University held a solidarity rally on the Global Day of Rage in support of Gaza and in solidarity with the prisoners. During the rally, which was attended by His Excellency the University President, Professor Dr. Ali Al-Tariq, and all university staff, participants raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags and chanted slogans condemning the Arab world's inaction and silence, which has emboldened the enemy to commit further atrocities against our brothers in Gaza. They affirmed that the Yemeni people will continue to support and stand with Palestine by all means, regardless of the sacrifices required.
In the concluding statement, read by Dr. Ammar Al-Nahham, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the Zionist entity's assassination of leader Ismail Haniyeh was condemned. It was considered a dangerous precedent given the silence and complicity of these regimes in serving the agendas of America and Israel in the region. The statement emphasized that the free people of the nation will not remain silent about this crime or any of the entity's crimes in Palestine.
The participants in the vigil renewed their commitment to follow in the footsteps of the martyrs until the complete liberation of the land and Islamic holy sites from the defilement of the Israeli enemy, calling on the free people of the Arab and Islamic nation to adopt escalating positions to pressure their rulers to break their silence and humiliation and to act in support of the central cause of the nation, stressing the continuation of the fifth stage of escalation with all determination and steadfastness to confront the Zionist entity and support the Palestinian people.
